Measure around the widest part of your dog's head. S fits 25–38 cm (7.5–17.5 kg), M fits 35–48 cm (17.5–30 kg), L fits 45–60 cm (30–42.5 kg). Between sizes? Go one size up. It's too big for dogs under 7.5 kg.
Does it block noise?
It covers the ears and holds them flat, but it isn't a noise-cancelling device. Let your dog wear it for treats on quiet days first, so it feels familiar before a noisy night.
