We deliver inside Lebanon only. Orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days after we confirm them with you.

Standard delivery is $4, and free on orders of $30 or more after discounts. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

The courier may call or message you to arrange delivery, and may share a tracking link when they provide one.

Orders cannot be opened before payment. If there’s a problem after opening your order, contact us on WhatsApp so we can help under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or at info@961picks.com. Include your order details and clear photos or a video of the issue.

We’ll review it and explain the next steps under our Returns & Refund Policy. In these cases any original delivery fee you paid is refunded too.

You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with all original tags, accessories and packaging.

Contact us on WhatsApp and wait for approval first — returns sent without approval can’t be accepted. Once approved, we arrange the pickup and pay for it.

Exclusions apply: baby feeding products can’t be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, and gift cards are non-returnable. This is separate from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item, which is always covered.

For change-of-mind returns, any original delivery fee you paid isn’t refunded. Approved refunds are sent within 7 business days of approval, as money — cash or bank transfer. If 14 business days have passed since approval and the money hasn’t reached you, contact us.
