Delivery Coverage

961picks currently delivers exclusively within Lebanon through a third-party delivery service. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, a member of our team may contact you using the telephone number or email address provided at checkout to confirm your order and delivery information. Please provide a complete and accurate address and an active telephone number to prevent delays or failed delivery attempts.

961picks reserves the right to place an order on hold or cancel it if the customer cannot be reached, the delivery information is incomplete, or the order cannot be verified.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier capacity, public holidays, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Deliveries to some areas may require additional time.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery across Lebanon costs $4. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $30 or more qualify for free standard delivery unless a specific promotion says otherwise.

The free-delivery threshold is calculated after discounts. Delivery charges and eligibility for free delivery are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Lebanon. The full confirmed order total, including any applicable delivery charge, must be paid to the courier when the order is received. Customers should prepare the required amount whenever possible.

Orders are delivered sealed and cannot be opened or inspected before payment is made to the courier. Once payment is complete, the order may be opened, and any damaged, defective or incorrect item is covered under our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Updates

Once an order is handed to the courier, the customer may receive a call or message regarding delivery, and a tracking link where the courier provides one. Customers are responsible for remaining reachable and available at the confirmed address. Delivery instructions submitted with an order are shared with the courier when possible but cannot always be guaranteed.

Address Changes

If you need to correct or change your delivery address, contact us on WhatsApp at +961 79 375 974, or at info@961picks.com, as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or transferred to the courier. If a change means the order has to be rerouted or delivered again, 961picks covers that cost and no charge is passed on to you.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been handed to our delivery service, a cost has already been incurred on it. 961picks covers that cost, so cancelling as early as possible helps us avoid it.

Refused and Failed Deliveries

Please be available to receive a confirmed order and make sure your contact and address details are complete and accurate. If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, 961picks covers the cost of that attempt and no charge is passed on to you. Where deliveries repeatedly fail, we may decline to accept further orders from the same customer.

Delays and Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

961picks is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, an unavailable recipient, courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, traffic disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is delayed or a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact us so we can help coordinate with the delivery partner.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or at info@961picks.com.

Include your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue so we can assess the case and provide an appropriate solution under our Return and Refund Policy.
